T&T Manufactured Homes Ripoff! Advertised guarantees and warranties were not upheld. Problems were not fixed as promised. Thayer Missouri
Dewayne at TnT guareented the roof not to leak through a couple of good rains. He guareented the pipes not to leak. The pipes leak and the water heater. Which done other damage to the home.
When I called Dewayne he said he wouldnt help me and that all he would fix was the AC unit which was brand new I paid $1500 for and froze up the first time we used it.

Weeden is correct. I did guaranteed his Roof not to leak

Mr. Weeden is correct. I did guaranteed his Roof not to leak and it Didn't! I also guaranteed his water lines at Hook-up. On the used Manufactured Home that he purchased from me, may I add for $4,000 under N.A.D.A value. He did have water line leaks that he signed off on the work order after they were Repaired. His water heater which was not under warranty didn't leak. It didn't work correctly because he did not connect a heavy enough wire to pull the volts that the water heater requires.
