Tucson Chrysler Jeep, then doing business as Christy Chrysler Jeep, replaced the sunroof assembly on a 2005 Chrysler under warranty in June, 2007. The car was owned by my brother, who died in October 2007. I am representative of his estate, and brought the car home with me to California to prepare it for sale.

In December 2007, I discovered a significant water leak had flooded the rear floor area. My local Chrysler dealer located the source of the leak, and reported that the sunroof installation had omitted several parts crucial to water drainage.

Locating the leak, replacing the missing parts, and replacing the rear carpet cost a total of $1551.43. The dealership and the dealership's former owner, Steve Christy, have failed to respond to certified letters requesting reimbursement for the losses suffered due to their negligent repair. Chrysler Motor Corporation has opened a complaint file, #17204845, but informed me that they will not mediate or in any way assist me in recovering my losses from the dealership.

Steve Christy Chrysler Jeep and Tucson Chrysler Jeep are in no way affiliated. It's different owners, management, salesmen, service, and mechanics. Steve Christy went out of business a few years ago. The Avondale Auto Group took over the dealership and should not be blamed for any of Steve Christy's wrongdoings.
