Tuffy Auto Service A friend (widowed senior citizen) went in for an oil change and they charged her $1500 for work that was not neccessary New Port Richey, Florida
They also wanted to change the water pump which would have been another $500 but she knew it should not cost that much because she had it done before for half that. I see that a similar report was filed in 2008. Seniors beware, get a second opinion, they lure in unsuspecting customers with coupons for a cheap oil change and rip them off.
