TUFFY AUTOMOTIVE NAPLES FLORIDA damaged my vehicle, than lied, and overcharged for repairs NAPLES Florida
Brought my vehicle in for ball joints & tires. One hour after the repair my vehicle broke down on the hwy. I called TUFFY and advised them of what happened. They offered NO advise or solution outside of telling me to have the vehicle towed to the closest TUFFY service center. Their ads mention complimentary roadside assistance but the mechanic never mention that to me , I paid for the tow.
Before I initially left the store I noticed damage to my sheet metal around both van doors and in the rear. I IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT THIS DAMAGE TO THE INDIVIDUAL WHO ACCEPTED MY CHECK . HE PROMISED THAT THE STORE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE DAMAGE . 2 months later I am to find out that the insurance claim was not even submitted !! I am left with $3000 worth of damage and a van that vibrates / shimmys like crazy.
STAY AWAY FROM TUFFY, VANDERBILT BEACH RD. NAPLES FL. THEY ARE HORRIBLE !!
