Tuffy Oil change, Did not tell me about a coupon, but told a man. Gave him $5.00 off but not me New Port Richey Florida
I made an apppointment with Tuffy to get my car an oil change. When I arrived they told me that no appointment was made but they will still take me.I sat down and waited. The cost was advertised as $14.95. They told me the price was almost $20.00. An old man came in after me and a different man behind the counter asked him what he was there for. The old man also wanted an oil change. The clerk asked him if he had a coupon. The answer was no. He was then told that in tomorrows newspaper there will be a coupon. So the old man said that he would come back then. The clerk said "don't worry, I will give you the $5.00 off now". That really ticked me off because no one mentioned that to me. They never did my oil change because they found a problem and the cost? $2,440.00. I left and went and bought another car.
