Turntable Basics has served more than 50,000 customers in the last 12+ years. I stock more than 300 products and from time to time, some items are backordered. In the past, when orders are backed up and production, packaging and shipping all need to completed, email has been allowed to fall by the wayside. This is a one person operation, and there usually are not enough hours in the day to remain caught up on daily and long-term business tasks, particularly during times when the house or the car have required extensive repairs. I would like to convey my most sincere apologies for this lapse in judgment. Customer communications has been moved to the top of each day's priority list.

After many attempts find out when my order was coming, after over a month, I canceled my credit payment (made it a disputed payment). Then of course a few days later a box comes floating in. So then I had the hassle of paying with a check. All they had to do was write me one time, and all this could have been avoided. Oh well, never again.
