TVCity.TV offered the worst experience purchasing online, ever. TVCity.TV is apparently not an authorized distributor. We purchased a Sony Kp-43T75 Big Screen Tv and got totally ripped, not to mention all of the time wasted, and the aggravation we went through. We thought the price was cheaper and because of the option to return the TV we went with TVCity.tv, however, when we called to verify the return policy Rodney Wollman (owner) said that it would be faster if we place the order by phone. He said we did not need an order confirmation by email and that our TV arrive in a few days. When the TV did not arrive as promised we called and spoke to Frank who said it was being shipped via UPS but would get back to us with a tracking number. He never did. And wnen we called back several times, each person we spoke to was rude and gave us a different story as to why they cannot provide us with the information. When the TV finally showed up 4 weeks later, it did not work! When we called TVCity.tv they claimed it was too late for them to do anything for us, and blamed us for not letting them know sooner. But we just got the TV! Worst of all they said that there is no warranty for products purchased online by companies that are not authorized dealers, which TVCity.TV is NOT!We are disputing the charges! Do not purchase anything from this person or company or you risk losing your money! We told all of our family and friends about this character and his sham of a business. We have reported them to the BBB and FTC. Next time we will go to Best Buy or Target!

This was a false report that was submitted about 5 years ago.
This was done maliciously by someone that was just trying to hurt me. The proof is obvious for one The TV stated in this complaint was made in the Year 2000. This report was made in 2011. Due to the fact my online store was selling only brand new products how could a customer had ordered some old glass tube TV that would have been a 10 year old model even in the year 2011 please see following link and than kindly remove this fase report that you have had up for 5 years.
SEE THIS LINK PROVING TV THAT WAS REPORTED SOLD NEW WOULD HAVE BEEN OVER 10 YEARS OLD EVEN THAN!
