Wow Really??? How sneaky the scum is out there,to prey on innocent people and steal actually! Ide like to make people awhare that be careful of something on-line to good to be true,in my case i want to get healthy so Dr Oz being who he is this company i think is using him to sell/rip off people of the product HCA MAX GARCINIA CAMBOGIA Advertised for $4.99 for a bottle of 60 capsules nothing more was mentiond on their page about more shipments or them debiting form my card,as a matter of fact as i sit here now and write this the page was minimal of the information they provided!just that this was 100% pure it was free shipping I stupidly thought Dr Oz Was part of this organization but I dont think this is the case,wonder what he will think if they are using him to try and sell/rip of the public? Law Suit
I receieved the bottle in a plain white package,with a plain white F us postage & fees paid envalope with a bar code on it and just an address Fulfillment Center 14603 East Moncrieff Place Unit 100 Aurora ,Colorado 80011.
nothing but the bottle of capsules inside!??? I thought this is a little shady!>?no company name? no return instuctions if not satisfied?? nothing but that address,until today when i went to check my Balance in my checking acct,and it was minus negative i called my bank and all they could give me was (Nutraloss) Spokane,Washington debited my account for $89.00 I put two & two together and luckily saved this label and went on a google search to where i found this site rip off report with another person filing a report sept 2013! for Deceptive advertising!
I looked up their address called TW CHADS Fulfillment at the above address Aurora ,Co I want to file a report with my Local Better Buissness bureau as well!
I'm a struggling parent who got their paycheck ripped off I'm beond Pissed now i have to pay my bank a $35.00 fee for the account getting debited unauthorised by me they stole from me,i saw on Amazon these pills for $20.00 plus I'm sure Gnc or your local Health food store would sell them as well,I'm Done Being a victim of a scam,be careful who you click on on-line know who your Dealing with!

I was just researching this product and was given this address to send my complaint. I googled the address to make sure it existed but here's my report. I better get my money back because I am not even overweight, I was just curious about what this product was since I had seen it a lot. I am beyond angry. They are making me pay for info that was stolen from me. I haven't even opened it. I am just sending it back as is.
