$90/hour I was Quoted. It took 6 hours to pack up my 2 room apartment! With no appliances. It took them one hour for the drive that took me 20 minutes. It took them over two and a half hours to unload at my house. Call Buck or Kaley in Jacksonville if you want throw away $900 to two unprofessional, ignorant people and you want to have to pay even more to get fixed what their company damages and steals. When I went to the office on Beach Blvd to complain, I drove up into the parking lot to witness two "movers" (more like thugs) unloading someone's personal, and im sure now missing belongings into their personal car's trunk. Im sure my stuff will turn up at the local pawn shop.

I just wanted to state that I had a great experience with this company and I was one of those customers who gave the movers some of my "don't wants". You know the price before you sign up (which was lower than the other moving companies here) and unfortunately, when moving, you have to allot time accordingly. I would recommend this company to any potential mover.

Contracts are sent prior to the move and based upon customer information

In reviewing our move sheets and customers no total amount corresponding to "Bill's" move was found. In addition driving a 24 foot truck, parking, bringing down a ramp takes longer than someone driving and parking their own personal vehicle. Our reply cards for our movers do not indicate "thugs" working for the TWO MEN organization. Our Movers are uniformed and full time employees covered by workman's compensation. If Bill's apartment took that long to "pack, load, travel, and unload" it was obvious that Bill was not prepared for his move. The TWO MEN organization is a full service company and everything is on paper. As for the movers putting things into their vehicles before Bill makes any assumptions our movers are often given "Don't wants" because people are trying to declutter their homes.
