Subject: Internet fraud

On 2-8-2006 I placed an online order with Tyco-Mobile electronics Ltd. Website ( www.Tyco-Mobile.com). Once order was placed I received an email with payment instructions as to what method of payment and who the payment was to be issued to. I emailed the company a couple of different times before completing the payment instructions thru Western Union.

I followed the instructions in the emails. I received payment conformation back from this company on the 2-9-2006. The email indicated that my payment has been received and I will get another email with a tracking # once order has been shipped. The email stated that my order would be shipped same day. Today is 2-12-2006 and I haven't received any emails from Tyco-Mobile or my products ordered. I have sent several emails to this company in response to my order, but receive no reply. I thought that it may be possible that there company was having internet problems as to why I haven't received a reply.

I went to there site and created a fake order and customer information and submitted order. I received a reply immediately about my order I placed. I then replied to that email and asked the company a question. The replied back to that email. I logged out and emailed them from my computer about my order, and didn't receive any reply.

I contacted Western Union about the situation, and they stated to me that nothing came be done till I file a police report. They will not release any information to me as to whom picked up the money and or the location that the money was picked up. I explained to them what this company is doing and it appeared to fall on deaf ears. I explained to them that my order # with that company is 400 and the fake order I place I was given order # 471. That's a good indication that at least 70 other people have been scammed by this company. I thought that they might want to try and catch these thieves before they move on to another website? I filed a complaint with IC3.org today. I have also contacted my credit card company about the situation.

I have email documentation on this order and email correspondence from this company on the transaction.
