date feb 20,2009 receive a letter stating i am a winneof $5.000.00 i were given a puzzle to solve a check number usafso13 q472182369 i checked the internet and saw ripoff beside the look-up,also payout number is UBI5 even if no money exchange but i have to sign my name

My wife and I recieved this letter and although they didn't ask for money it still hurts you when you are lied to. It was from UBI Payment Services guaranteed a delivery of a $5,000.00 check and it is not true don't beilve it.
