ucsd owen clinic san diego ca. possible fraud san diego california
its been over 2 years since i survived full blown aids and i am still healthy survived fungal meningitis at scripps mercy hospital put on genvoya new miraculous medicine did not know i had hiv was refered to owen clinic. i accepted them as the best but with each encounter i had with them things became more disturbing to me. i have backgroung in medicine as licensed nurse retired medic for military now in new field. the owen clinic did not start me on genvoya scripps did at my insistance. the owen clinic did not want to hear that god saved my life #1 , my t cell count at that time was 50 the genvoya made me undetectable in 2 months. i feel they were railroading me with insisting i go through their hep c clinic which is in same office. i waited and they kept insisting even though not life treatening. i was told weird comments like i am their bread and butter and i need to worry about my emotions instead of my coital did not know what coital means it means vagina. fortunately i was a licensed nurse and medic for military and haved worked with hundreds of doctors and clinics when took cure for hep c they shorted me 9 pills at the end which made hep c come back at cost to medical of one hundred thousand or more and they wanted to blame me accusing me essentially of being a crack w****. i was alarmed did not let them know i was leaving to find better care. found out cdc says cure for hep c is not effective with t cell count below 200 alarm and they wanted to send me immediately through the whole process again for another 100000 dollars or more.
i went to ucsd to report dr cachay for inappropriate touching rude comments and other things besides this i asked ucsd for a safe harbor in the system because i was terrified they are trowing gay people under the bus in order to make them sicker and make more money for the hospital. the only answer they gave me was go back to owen clinic with different doctor unacceptable to me dr.cachay is the mastermind behind all the abuse there. i contacted medi-cal fraud to tell my story. i have new doctor out of ucsd system and i dont know what happened with medi-cal fraud but i feel i should warn public that the owen clinic to me seems like fraud ring by the way they act the things they say and no hospital oversight .they have free reign to desroy people. they feel dont cooperate with their agenda my gut tells me this is what is going on based on my experience with them and after having an unblemished career as a nurse in california for 25 years and i do agree that the social worker there is a worthless psycho b****. something is rotten in denmark. beware research and they dont deserve your trust. i am thriving healthy and positive i have survived one of the worst things in life that can happen to a human i hope you survive what they are doing
