UDS Marketing, LLC said they'd negotiate with my creditors to lower my interest rate and charged me $798. Winter Park Florida
I got a call from these guys telling me they would negotiate with my credit card companies to lower my rates to 6% and they guaranteed they would save me $2500, minimum. I was suspicious, but I ended up giving them some secure info and authorized them to charge my account a one time fee of $798.
When I got the info packet, my suspicions were confirmed. The yahoo email address was a real clue. The enclosed contract stated there would be a $200 cancellation fee.
The dispute department of my credit card said they would credit me the money, but it is iffy that UDS will allow them to go through with it.
