ultimate auto transports Matthew Buxton Company raised quote amount, cancelled shipper, blocked my numbers, charged my debit card $75 after saying they would not charge unless we both agreed on shipper. CA
I called 1-844-620-7900 Ultimate Auto Transports, Matthew Buxton to have car shipped from CA to NY. Immediately received email with QUOTE NUMBER and COST. Was told 2 or 3 days and they would have shipper. After 7 days, they called and said it would cost $1400 instead of $1000. When I said no, they lowered cost to $1250. When I agreed, they called to say shipped backed out.
I spoke with Frank at 1-844-902-6402 and was told they wouldn't charge me until we both agreed on a shipper. I told him I will continue looking for a shipper, he said no problem. I immediately received email saying they charged my debit card $75. I called, but my number was blocked on all their numbers. The bank debit transaction had a Florida number, 954-729-3082, I called and they had no idea what I was talking about. Customer service said give them a few days to work it out and refund me.
I called a week later, they had blocked my number. I used my husband's phone to get throught, spoke again to Customer service, he said he blocked me because I called too much! He said give them time to do the refund. Then hung up on me. I called back and he had blocked my husband's phone number. I took copies of texts and emails to my bank and filed a complaint that this was a fraudulent charge. Still waiting to hear from the bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
