I purchased a KIA Sorento EX (vehicle) on April 12, 2012. I received said vehicle on Wednesday afternoon, April 18, 2012. When the vehicle arrived, a dent that the driver (Joseph) did not take note on was in the passenger side door under the handle. I had asked the seller Joe Jehanzeb many times for certain documents with mainly no response to my e-mails. I would call and for some reason we would disconnect on many occasions. He never mentioned ANY problems of the vehicle, as it states in the fine print on Ebay that the seller is responsible to do so.

The control buttons on the steering wheel do not work, the navigation does not find a GPS signal, the right brake light never cuts off, and I have already replaced the left brake light on day 2 of having it (It was out on day 1 but I HAD to return to work). I had to purchase new windshield wipers, a fog light had to be replaced, and the ear phones that came with the DVD player have mold/mildew in them and are not suitable for usage. The CD player does not play more than one song from a CD and when you eject it you have to use tweezers to pull the CD out. I called on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 as soon as I returned back to work from meeting to pick up the KIA to ask about a Ding/Chime from a door.

The door was temporarily fixed by cutting the thick black weather strip and placing a light colored sticky weather strip on the door to close the black push button in to keep the chime from dinging, but he acted like he knew nothing about it when I heard a gentleman in the background tell him exactly what was wrong with it. This SUV is not worth what I paid and I am willing to pay for the vehicle to be returned by shipping in the amount of another $250.00 with Ultimate Automobiles giving me a full return of the purchase price to my bank and in return, they overnight the title (which can't happen because they never sent the title to my bank after they had been paid!), etc. back.

I will not pay for a vehicle that has all the problems it has and was never informed of it. I do not know who performed the inspection on this vehicle and who passed it, but obviously a good inspection was not held because the left brake light did not work from the time I received it (which is why I purchased a new one) and the right does not cut off once you hit the brake for the first time unless you turn the vehicle off, then it is a repeat again.I am afraid that I will only continue to find multiple problems and as of right now I have found too many to pay for such vehicle when I have small children, a sickly one at that and other bills to worry with rather than to pay for a vehicle with tons of issues.

I am aware that I had a certain amount of time to return this vehicle; this date is within that time frame. I am requesting a FULL refund with myself paying for a return shipment.

AND NO RESPONSE... How surprising...

I too filed a ripoff report on these shady characters.  We are not the only ones who've had issues with these jokers.  They are the worst.  I only wish I didn't let their Ebay 100% satisfaction rating skew my reasoning. Turns out they have a solid F with the BBB.

Easily the worst car dealer I've ever dealt with, their lawyer is no better.  Whats worse than a shady used car dealer?  The attorney that represents them!
