All these businesses sell the same products, and they all have the same contact information.  All have glowing testimonials as well as outrageous claims about their customer service.  None (I suspect) are genuine.  In fact, if they have indeed had 1000's of people come to them as stated on their "about us" page , I wonder just how many did their due diligence and smartly decided to shop elsewhere.  I wish I had.

I have had not only possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced, but also spent over $200 for defective products for which I cannot get satisfaction regardless of their stated "customer satisfaction guarantee."
 
I've attempted to contact them not only via online chat and email, but also to their supposed customer service phone number as well as the number printed on my online invoice.  No
satisfaction whatsoever. 

In fact, other than the initial contact to place my order, any time I've attempted to contact them, I've met with a computerized voice or "we're away" on the online chat.  They indicate they're now selling through Amazon.  However, I suspect they are participating in fraud.

You need to make sure these people are not committing fraud against you since on their website, they indicate they are members of the BBB (Los Angeles) and are shown as having a 100% satisfaction through another site.  I am hereby submitting my testimony as proof that they neither have nor deserve that rating.

I have an Ultragamut product ( ciss ) system. I just recently made the purchase and I am very glad that I did. It works well and the ink appears to hold up to the claims that i reviewed prior to the purchase.

I do understand from reading your comments that you are unhappy with the product and you have problems with the service end of it.  I am not trying to boost the site but I am going to boost the product.

I had a very hard time figuring out how to set the system up. It took me 2 days of working on the system to get it right, but once running it is a great system.

I purchased a new canon photo printer and decided to not buy cartridges at $16.29 each, for that was placing my cost at $2 + per page. With the system running my cost is less that $0.30 per page with great results.

Perhaps your problem is much like mine was. I didnot understand how to set it up properly and the instructions were very vague. I don't know if this is any help to you but you are welcome to email me at [email protected] if I might be able to help you out here.

At any rate good luck and hope you do get your system working for it is a good system.
