i live in a area where we only have unicel and cell one as cell phone providers. unicel, sprint and verizon use these towers. unicel has the best service up here with verizon. I was always nice to the people at the store, the thing is, they told me that they got the phone and shipped the phone back to unicel costumer service, now, why would they do that if the phone belongs to me? i think theres more to it than i know. the other thing, i called unicel costumer service a few times and they told me they will find out whats going on and call me back or email me, nothing. its 7 months allready. what am i supposed to do?

why would you buy Unicell? we sell at&t, sprint, tracfone, go phone, virgin mobile. and everyone knows Verizon is so expensive and t-mobile is cheap...you'll notice the difference in the phones and the service when you pay these prices too. your problem isn't with the store its with the radioshack repair shop and at my store we had a repair problem like this and realized the product was received but nobody entered it into the store so yes that would be our fault and the reason for its loss. also the meaner you are to the radioshack people the worse service you'll get. take it up with radioshack not the store. you could have gotten better help by going threw cooperate because then its possible to get what you want...all we do is give you the number to call. also for other phone problems don't ask us how to use the phone...we know how to use it fine but its something that you use the manual for. the customer is only right half the time anyway so stop screwing with us and do research.
