For the record. You do not want to get hurt on the job at United Airlines in Dallas Texas. You will be fired for filing a workers comp. claim. United is not interested in the truth and they are defenitely not interested in doing whats right. United with Gallagher Bassett has the callousness to say that a hernia can be received while coughing. Doesn't matter that your job is 99.9% lifting of bags and freight that may weigh hundreds pounds everyday. They are snakes who drag out your claim, who lie to the State to keep you from getting your unemployment, and all the while I have been hurt for five months now without medical treatment. They refuse to give treatment from the doctor that their own company doctor referred me too. Beware of these two companies. A word of advice, "Get yourself a good Attorney."!
