I am very disappointed with this service.  I listed my car on craigslist.com to sell it. Then I got a phone call from United Car Exchange telling me they could help me sell my car for more than the blue book value.  I was not sure how they could do that but they said they would list my car on 15 different websites for the $200. fee. They called me like crazy for a month telling me the car would sell quickly. I signed up with them on Sep 24th.  Once they got my money I never even got a call back from them asking how things were going? I have never gotten even one phone call from a prospective buyer on this site?  Which leads me to question if they really do post the ad on 15 different websites.  I called the company two days ago to see if I could get a 50 percent refund because I have to hire someone else to sell my car because this service is not working. The lady her name was Kathy said she would check with a manager about a possible refund and get back to me.

I never heard back so I called the company again today and a women answered the phone and told me it's too bad but I have to wait until the end of Dec to get my money back. Then she told me the car ad was over priced. I told her to talk to your sales department about that because they are the ones that told me to sell the car for more than the blue book value.  I should have never signed up with this service.  I usually do research online before and for some reason I just never typed in United Car Exchange otherwise I would have gotten a fair warning.  I told the women today that I wanted to retract my ad and she said well then you will forfeit getting your money back.  I told her I can't have two services trying to sell my car at the same time? She said well I'm sorry but that is our policy.  I wasen't even asking for a full refund, I would have been happy with a partial refund.  Whatever happened to customer service and trying to make the customer happy? I will warn my friends and family that are selling cars not to use this service.
