I look forward to hearing how your meeting with Mr. Wombles goes today (February 6th) at 2:30pm. The line "it came back as an invalid address" from Mr. Wombles is nothing short of laughable as I and others have heard the same line from him in addition to "my finance person is out until the first of the year" and "it's in the mail."
I would call Mr. Wombles a con artist, only I don't feel that he has the necessary capabilities to con anyone. He is simply an awful businessman and an embarrassment to small business owners everywhere.

I have spoken with Mr. Wombles today, February 5th, 2013 at 2pm. According to our conversation, I am to pick up my check from his office tommorow at 2:30 pm. So, with that being said, we shall see tommorow if Mr. Wombles and I can finally end this issue and have it resolved. I will update as soon as possible.

I did get locked up. Not ashamed of it and my case is already closed. However, I know for a fact that my address is valid. Its the same address I gave you on my original application and the one I gave you when I asked you to mail it to me, as well as the address I currently live at and recieve ALL of my other mail at. And we had problems before I stopped working for you, when you told me you lost your contract with the YUM center and that I would be reassigned immediately. If you had my application then why did you need to ask me for my address again? I'm not the only person who has had trouble with you and your "company". So, as of today, February 4th, 2013, I will call you tommorow and arrange to pick up my check from your company personally. Then we can avoid all "confusion" or "hiccups" or so-called "wrong addresses". It's been one excuse after another with you regarding this check. Think about this one fact: why would someone give you the wrong address for you to send them MONEY?? The only answer is that they would not. And I have no clue what tax forms you supposedly have for me, since I know it does NOT have my signature on it. You never even asked to see my ID or social security card! I also have my saved application that I filled out and emailed to you (not tax forms, however) and it even has the correct address on it. If and when this issue is resolved upon my next phone call to you, I will remove all comments from this website. But that's highly unlikely to happen just as I am highly unlikely to receive my check.
By the way, even your typing, spelling, and grammar shows the unprofessionalism of you and your company. The owner of a business should atleast know the difference between to, too, and two or where, were, and we're. Also, in the second sentence of my report I wrote "I worked two days for Mr. Wombles...". So, I think anyone who reads this would agree that you aren't very well educated in English. Some big shot owner you are. Just a few extra thoughts that I felt should be pointed out.

Mike, we did mail your check to you on all the forms that we do have on file for you. yes including your application and tax forms. every body has been paid and we have a bout thirty witnesses who can attest to that. your check came back as you did not live there. then just about two weeks ago you called me again and said you didnt come to my office (like you where suppose too) because you got locked up.. thats not our fault that you got locked up. second you asked to have it sent to another address and that just four days ago it came back as an invalid address. so you need to be more responsible. When you get an address please call me. you know my number. or if you dont get locked up again!!!! and mike, we wouldnt let people like you work for our company anyway. you where a temp that worked two days not two months. thank you.
