After sleeping on the floor for more then 2 weeks our things finally arrived exactly 3 weeks after they were picked up in CT. 3 1/2 hours later then I was told and a little worse for ware. I am still missing 1 chair mat, 5 boxes and I have one piece of broken furniture. As the movers , who were subcontractors opened the doors of their truck all of my fragile items came tumbling out. The thigns are now here and this may just be a case of a poorly run business and nothing more, had they just done what they were supposed to and answered my questions when I called this would never have had to get so out of hand.

I called and spoke with owner today he was very nice and said thet my things sould be here tomorrow and that once they are here he will contact me to work out some sort of settlement. He gave me his cell phone number to contact him directly . It seems as if he is legit and trying to help me that he is involved we will see what happens and I will update as it unfolds. Let's hope my things come tomorrow and I cang et off the floor. I feel that it is important to post as this unfolds as, it could be an honest mistake. He said he is using a sub contractor to haul the loads on the east coast and that this is the first time he has used this particular subcontractor.

It is now 5/16/05 and I still do not have my thigs and they can't even tell me where they are. Javier has "tried" to get the owner to contact me but he is very busy hiding for customers. Now the answer is they will be able to tell me where my things are tomorrow morning whenthe owner comes in. That I shoudl have my things "in a couple of days" this is rediculous that a company should be able to get away with this.
