United Productions, Dba. Never Shave Again 100 % guarantee is an absolute fraud just like their product Ripoff Linden New Jersey
I ordered their product which was absolutely worthless. When I contacted the company re: return and 100% guarantee as listed on web site, I was informed that it must be received at their warehouse in 30 days, plus, they did not refund for extra patches purchased.
The guarantee reads, "absolutely risk-free for 30 days when ordered from this site. Get it home, use it, and within 30 days you are not 100% satisfied for ANY reason, simply let us know. We will email you a return authorization number, then return the product with that number and we'll refund your purchase price-no questions asked."
When asked to speak to supervisor, employee Sylvia, reported that her supervisor, Jackie, was unavailable. No other supervisor was in the building. When I was finally able to contact Jackie, I explained that their guarantee is not what is being described by her employee. She reiterated what her underling had said. She refused to give any supervisor's or executive's name/phone number/address. She stated that she was not allowed to.
I can see why. Their guarantee is as worthless as their product. I have returned the product, with little hope of receiving a refund. I plan on filing a complaint with the attorney general of NJ and any other government office in that state that can expedite my refund and, at least, sanction the company.
