United Resort Marketing, Inc. is a total scam. Beware of dealing with them. They normally contact you, must get your name from the timeshare company.
They claim that they have corporate buyers for your property. Don't believe them - all they want is the $999. up front fee. They list your property on webpage however mine was listed for about 60 days and now my ad number is assigned to a different property.
Have tried to e-mail them and contact them by phone but so far have had no response. Right now they are in violation of their own contract because it states 90 days in the contract and my timeshare is no longer listed.

I am sorry to hear you had this misfortune Debs but I on the other hand had a completly differant experiance. My agent did exactly what he said he was going to do. He took my listing and placed it in there website and also marketed it at a their conventions.I know because I received an offer from one of the corporations that saw my property displayed at the convention and it was sold within 55 days of when I signed up with United. I highly reccommend United Resort Marketing, Inc.
