United Studios Of America Scam! Massillon , Ohio
Last week I was leaving my local Kroger when a man stopped me and sold me on some pictures, I paid 8.00 upfront and he did tell me about the 6.00 sitting fee which was fine, he told me I would get a large photo, a 5x7 and some wallets (which i thought were normal size wallets) I agreed since My 2 year old had not had any recent pics. We came in a couple days later and had the pictures taken he was okay with my son but did not try very hard to get him to smile. I felt very rushed while I was in there I arrived a little bit early and was finished before my time slot even started. We made it a week later to come back to pick up the pictures at 12:30pm. I get to Kroger and look around for them and they are nowhere to be found I ask customer service and they tell me that they are late and will not be there until at least 3pm.
I was mad bc I was working that day and I DIDNT RECIEVE A PHONE CALL. I get back home and about 1pm I get the phone call saying they are late(thanks). I left work a couple hours early to pick up the pics at 4:00 and the line is so long and slow as can be. I finally get up there 2 hrs later and again felt very rushed. He told me the ones I already paid for which the wallets are a JOKE they are so small you cant do much with them. He writes down usually the package is 400.00 but since we had to wait it's 100.00 I turned down then he starts packing everything up throwing my pics in a pile and tells me "we dont keep these this is your only chance" and he told me "you need to make this decision fast" he said 10 for 79.00 and I agreed since I wanted to pass out pics in the family. Never said Thank you or anything just rude all the way around. I wouldnt take this deal with this company ever again. I would rather go spend some time and money with somebody who isnt so rushed and trys to scam you for your money saying its normally 400.00 thats just crazy.
