Like similar reports on this company, I am completely dissatisfied with their service and feel like I have been taken for my hard earned money. My family had our pictures taken at the Giant Eagle store in Bainbridge, Ohio. After viewing the pictures, I decided to order a few more prints-not the outrageously priced packaged with pictures I would never need, but ones that I could use to send family and friends. Now it has been eight weeks since I placed my order and seven weeks since they charged my credit card-no pictures. I have tried contacting the company several times and have been unsuccessful. I have been asked each time to leave a message for the customer service department. It seems odd that everytime I call-doesn't matter the time-noone is available. My favorite and the last straw was when I asked for the name and email address of the customer service manager. The response from the receptionist was that she didn't know his last name, he didn't have an email that I can contact him at, and he was not available to talk to me. So, here I am writing this short note, hoping to make a difference. Good Luck to whoever decides to do business with them!
