This gang of traveling thieves likes to hang out in cramped grocery store break rooms. My wife got a "deal" for a small package for $10 from one of their salespeople... A couple weeks later, we arrived to have our pictures taken. The back drop was visibly stained and the photographer's equipment did not work. We ended up by investing over an hour and there was a line of seven families behind us when we left. It was extremely hot and miserable.

When we came to pick up the pictures it was the typical carnival sale. I stupidly picked out the sheets I was interested and was quoted a price. I then tried to put a couple sheets back and was told six was the minimum order, unless I wanted to pay $25 per sheet. I asked for a pricelist and was denied. The sales lady became very upset, yelling at me in front of other customers that I didn't appreciate how professional their company was. She was rude to the point I was very close to slapping her across the face. She certainly deserved it. Thankfully, I did not.

And to the United Studios employee who always rebuts the Rip Off Reports, yes, sir, I got what I paid for. A too good to be true deal resulting in a well rehersed salesperson yelling at me like as if I were a child. You gave me my pictures for free to get me to leave the room and not speak in front of your other victims (customers)(thanks, by the way!) and I sincerely hope this report will cause at least one other person to not do business with you. As I promised, I am also sending a summary of our dealings with your company to the Iowa attorney general's office.

...but referring to them as "gang of traveling thieves" seems a little excessive (and libelous) If I'm to believe your account of events, I would summarize your actions as bordering on extortion (creating a scene and refusing to leave until you got your way)
