On 10/03/2009 a young woman came to the door and explained how if I ordered a magazine subscription from her she would earn points and be able to go on a trip.
I handed her a check for $46 in exchange for a receipt guaranteeing the delivery of my subscription to Everyday with Racheal Ray magazine within 120 days.
I called the customer service number on 03/24/10 and left a voicemail message. On that date I sent an email to the address left on the voicemail outgoing message at New Generation Reader Service.
I have never received a response in either a phone call or email.
