Yes, they are a "corporation." You get a "paycheck." This is after going through the "training period" in which most people have already dropped out as you go mostly unpaid. Oh, and most people drop out because selling perfume in parking lots isnt the job they thought they were getting. Jez, the manager doing the expansion, got drunk at the office during my first time in the main office. I drove his drunk a*s home at 2am and he had the audacity to say "f**k you" because he kept losing people out of the area i was in and he was missing out on his bonus. Sorry Jez, youre a piece of s**t. Not sure what "united" is though...every office names themselves so you cant really connect them and there is no online presence. The office i went to was called executive associates, and i believe it was in plymouth or new hope or something, dont remember and not real familiar with the area.

**I've posted this same message on another forum/discussion page. This is NOT spam, just the same experience I'd like to share**
Hi I'd like to share my experience, hopefully it'll be helpful to some people applying to this company or whatever it is.
So today (4/20) I had my interview with Heather (whose surname I didn't get) at an office in Columbia Heights. The first thing I found odd was the state of said office; it lacked any proper equipment, was furnished with only a desk, a couple of chairs, telephone, and what I think was Heather's Lap-top. Well I arrived for my interview, filled out an application (remarkable for its lack of depth and requirements). During the interview, the position was described to me; another thing that I found odd was the compensation I was to receive. Heather mentioned that the salary ranged from 34,000 to 40,000 USD a year, which was bizarre given that intellligent and capable I am (pardon the lack of modesty) I have no previous experience in the field whatsoever. So I went through the interview, which as has been mentioned lasted 15 minutes at most, and was told to call two hours later. By this time I'd had the opportunity to do a little research on the company, and was suprised to find nothing but it being reported as a rip-off. This only reassured my previous suspicions. I called again wrote down the details, asked a few more questions but was (and am) not in the least planning to go and spend a day in what is very likely a scam. I just want to mention that I was lucky and smart enough to not fall into this, I genuinely hope that people looking for a good job in these hard times don't fall victims to what can cost them their time and money.

"I now have MY own PAID BY THE COMPANY NO STINGS ATTACHED office in Fridley, MN. I love my office and I love being a Manager."
Yes, well, I sure hope you love it, because you're a lying scumbag. Scentura isn't paying for your f*cking office anymore than the Man on the Moon wipes my a$$, honey babe.
And if they are, you must have one great rack and banging somebody up there. I know all about the dysfunctional Scentura family, and how they're going to get some tricks out of you!
And what's up with the stupid name? Enjoy the brainwashing phase while it lasts, moron!

Hello, this is the classy woman from the M.E.E.A. office. Yes,
I am a part of United. I do work with them and have been since November of
2010. I started out like everyone else;
I did a 1st part of a 2nd
part interview with a very nice young man.
I was accepted to come back for the 2nd interview
with Jez and the rest of the outstanding
Managers at United. After my 2nd
interview I called Jez who told me I got the Career
and could start Monday.
I
came in and did the orientation just like everyone else.
After talking to Jez I was put on the fast track and I did
my training to become a MANAGER
in my own office in 61 days.
Yes, there are 3
steps. Step 1: Sales and
Marketing Step 2: Teaching and Training Step
3: Management and Admin. I kicked butt and took names and had the best
time learning the ins and outs of our wholesale fragrance company.
I now have MY own PAID BY THE COMPANY NO STINGS ATTACHED
office in Fridley, MN. I love my office and I love being a Manager.
I had the opportunity
to meet Adam in my office who I thought was a nice man.
I did his 1st part of
a 2nd part interview in MY office and yes I sent him to our MAIN
office.
I had high hopes for Adam and I wanted him to do well in life and in
our company.
However, I was shocked to find this man I met for 10 minuets
during his 1st interview turned out to be a narrow mined, rude,
unemployed, man with way to much time on his hands.
I now reconsider my
thoughts about Adam.
Lady’s and Gentleman, if you want to do well in life please
listen to successful people. “The future belongs to those who believe in the

Adam L Larson of 17th ave ne minneapolis mn is the scam. Here's what he forgot to say in his slanderous statement. That he went through a interview at one office and came into another office for his second interview and orientation. So if no other offices are gonna be opened then how come he was in two seperate offices? Next he also went through a interview process that we are very explicit that we are a wholesale fragrance company. That means we sell fragrances. And that there is a mandatory three step program to become a office manager.
Step 1: Sales and Marketing Step 2: Teaching and Training Step 3: Managment and Admin
He never even got started with the company. Some people take advantage of the oppertunity and others don't. Adam is the blow-out. Maybe he can get his job back with the temp agency?
So I advise people to listen to successful people not unemployed people.
Adam is unemployed.
