CLASS ACTION!! CLASS ACTION!!! It Looks like there's going to be a s**t storm making a direct hit on unitedworkforce.org in Las Vegas and it's about time. One thing we found out about this company from talking to the other companies on this site, is that they are consistent with their lies and deception about their relationship with Unions and Union members. Plain and simple its illegal and fraudulent advertising tactics they're using to have companies sign up and pay. If you visit their site you'll notice that there are no contact names listed anywhere. On their newsletter page it states that the message comes from the desk of the CEO. It's obvious that whoever runs this company is afraid to have his/her name shown. If you want to find labor Unions in your local area just go to (((Redacted))) its free. It's a site that this company links to their site to make it look like they have an established relationship with the unions and their members. If you are a company that has signed up and paid to be on their site you should file a complaint and dispute your charge with your bank or credit card company and get your money back. Then file a complaint with the Las Vegas Consumer Affairs Telemarketing/Online Fraud Dept. call (((Redacted)))talk to Norma or Donna. your complaints will go directly to the Attorney General.
