I cannot believe what I'm reading... I just discovered rip-offreports.com and found out that I am not the only person this has happened to. Honestly, I am sick to my stomach at how helpless we all are against these jerks, as a group, we need to get together to put these people out of "business." We all know how many different names and different addresses they operate under(I count 8 right now.)

My experience with this company has been pure hell and I have a mind to do something about it. There are so many things that they did, I only have room to talk about the few that stand out. Their "very nice, helpful,totally available" sales people conned me in to trying their 900 line business along with the internet websites. The only thing I didn't check into was ripoffreports.com, which would have saved me a ton of money and distress.

I can assure you that I have made every attempt through phone calls, legal notices, letters of request for my money back, and even threats from the attorney that I work for that we would sue if we continue to get no refund check and no response. I almost gave up until I found all of these people on this web site that all have uncannily similar stories to mine.

I began writing letters and documenting phone calls to them back in November of 2002, less than one month after I ordered their b.s. packages and my credit card told me that their charges looked fraudulent because they were in numerous multiples of $200.00, actually overcharging my card $1000.00!And that was just the beginning.I later heard that the way they charge the card in multiples keeps them from having to pay taxes.

One of my calls went in to the refund department to a manager named Pepper, if that was really even his name, I explained to him that I was very uneasy about the way that all of these "mishaps" were happening and that I wanted out now. I told him that I found out from a very reliable source that Don Lapre(whose name is constantly used to portray this "very successful" caring businessman who closely watches over his sales people) actually went bankrupt 5 years ago and really just sold his name to these people.

This is unbelievable. His face,name,opinions,and success stories are plastered all over their marketing paraphernalia!!!! Pepper told me that "It wasn't their fault Don didn't know how to balance his checkbook!" He flat out refused to give me any kind of refund and said that I could report them but there was nothing I could do to touch them.

Even after my attorney sent a letter (March 29,2003) explaining that our complaint will include causes of action for breach of contract, fraud and deceit,intentional and negligent misrepresentation, as well as for violations of the California Unfair Business Practices Act and the potential for bringing a federal R.I.C.O. action. I have never seen or heard one word from these people.

In short, I have recieved nothing for the thousands that I was conned in to thinking would be a great investment in a new business, that also carried a guarantee that, from what I am reading of others experiences, I'm certain I will never see. I also notice that all of us that have been scammed by these people are educated, innocent consumers that these people had to concoct one hell of an elaborate scheme to be able to take advantage of. And they are still in "business."

I am in the process of finding three people to do Affidavits of Fact to take to the court house as third party proof that I did not get what I was promised, so that I can go to the court house and file a lawsuit. I have also been advised to contact the DA's office in Phoenix and write letters to all of the Arizona Senators until I get an answer. I would love to talk to someone with a similar story and similar goals so that we can team up to get something done or bounce ideas off of each other. Preferably someone with some ambition and some clout. I have so much legal documentation of this fraud that proving this should not be too too difficult. Please contact me asap. Thank you.
