Universal Online Marketing Don't Follow the Ads Related to Them!!! New York New York
I started today at Universal Online and I am leaving right away. When I first saw the ad for the company, I saw 40K/yearly. I thought cool, so I applied and got the interview. 2nd interview was observation...no such thing as 3rd round!!! But figured cool, got the job.
What did I find out this morning???? As a field rep...only 28% of commission...28%??? Get the F*** out of here. This is an atrocity. First they mislead you in the ads, then if you actually get the job, you end up nearly trapped in their ranks. Well, this is one person who refuses to go back to such a rip-off. This is nearly as bad as a pyramid scheme.
So take my advice...do not look at the ads...they are so misleading...it is not worth blisters on both your feet!!! I'm getting out while I can!!! Good luck to the rest of you.
