I was employed as Professor at UKH in early 2018. Must say that soon after my duties began, there came a tendency of overload from the side of incompetent, overloading style management. Well what to say if Vice Chancellor can not even make a clear English statement.
When I tried to criticize that micromanagment treatment, I was fired within one day in a clear violation of the working contract.
Later on I was asked to return residence card, the latter was outrageous, because I would not be able to leave the country (well, Kurdistan is even not a country, but they can make, if they want, huge problems to a foreigner) without residence card...
Obviously not a safe place to work.

It is very unfortunate for UKH to lose one of its staff. However, in certain cases the working environment does not rhyme with the attributes of the character of an employee. The gentleman employee was relieved from his duties based on his own free will when he resigned. It is unfortunate that we could not keep him and we wish him well in his endeavor.
