Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have 1 complaint on this website ripoffreports.com. It was hurting our business. untruereport.com did not work at all.  This was a bad idea. It was cheap but it cost me much more than I bargained for.

I never go to sites to sign up for anything, at least not for more than a year. I used a new email address for sign up for this service and a card I never used on the internet for anything. The very same day I received 2 different phone calls from people offering reputation management services. No one else had my phone # to do this! Its my personal cell phone.

I was told by this reputation management company reputationdefender to not file a rebuttal insisting that filing a rebuttal would make things worse for my business. We had no reason to not believe the sales person. He said he was in the US, he sounded like he had an Australian accent. This guy is a good con man.

I feel like a real idiot for not knowing better. I was told by this company who is now threatening me that I better not post anything on the Internet about them, or else! I cannot believe what I have gotten myself into. This reputation management company ended up costing me $4,850 after talking them down from $11,000.  This is the same thing I read in this report on this website.

Beware! Their service does not work. untruereport seems to be collecting information for that $9.95 or 99 they charged us for to get your personal information.

I did say at the begnining of this Report that "it was" hurting my business. It's not now, as much. Actually not sure at this time. I did go onto this site and filed a great rebuttal. I offered a refund to the customer that never even came to us to tell us there was a problem. I filed a rebutal letting them know that what they said was true and it was an honest mistake and offered them to contact me for a refund and we are giving them our service for free. I still feel the report on this site might be hurting us. I have to also say, some new customers have commented on how they thought what we did was good. Don't get me wrong, I still wish the complaint was removed.

I just filed my own complaint, but wanted to comment and agree with everything written about UntrueReport.com.

Afterall, who wants to send money to a company who cannot fix their own Reputation, go-ahead, google Reputation.com.

Then realize this multi million dollar company is opening a new business and their business address is a Post Office Mail Box ~ Gee, I wonder if you will be able to get a refund from this outfit?

Once you sign up for UntrueReport.com, new derogatory reports will emerge and then you will suddenly get phone calls for 'Reputation Management', over the new complaints Reputation.com aka RemoveYourName.com aka UntrueReport.com themselves are creating about you.

They even went after my son with cyber bullying.
