UPS is obviously a shipping company, but is not the shipper. The person or business that shipped the package is the shipper. Every shipment belongs to the shipper until it is delivered, and that party is the only person that can place a tracer if one is due. Luckily for you, UPS has a tracer protocol where other companies that lose packages do not.

Did you verify the address that the company sent it to? What exactly does the tracking state?

Pick any other shipping company that some bozo can't say the same thing about. Well? When any shipping company (UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL, etc etc) does something you don't like, do you ever ask if you yourself could do a better job?? UPS in this case may or may not have created a fault, but can your employeer state that you are forever flawless in everything you do? I'm not sure if you do understand that, as your rationality is rather inadequate. And before one is quick to call another an idiot, perhaps they shouldn't provide misspellings like "yesturday" or goofy "they was the shipper" grammar. Fact is, evident incompetence increases the percentage that ignorance of the complainer is at fault.
