Urban Dealight Not dealight ful experience. Bought a "deal" vendor vanished,. For requested return of funds, they gave only coupon. I told them that was a rip-off. so they blocked all access to my account w/out tell Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
This is a "coupon" daily deal company. I bought a cleaning deal in Oct., good for a year. I tried to contact them for weeks. Finally emailed this vendor with a complaint and request for refund of the $59. on 12/29/12 from Garrett Johnson saying he had exhausted all possibilities, but can't issue refund "for this particular purchase" . Told him I didn't want credit, I wanted my house cleaned. They refused to issue refund. (Had an issue w Morgan's Deals--all my fault!----they promptly issued more than my refund).
Advised Urban Dealight of how their services compared, pointed out I was fully willing to honor. Their "contact" does say can't refund outside the first 30 days, but it sounds like this is if you change your mind, not if you can't redeem the coupon because of their vendor.
They sent me "satisfaction survey." I filled it out very derogitorily. I never heard from them again, and now find that Urban Dealight has totally closed any access to my account, and therefore, my "bucks." If I try to sign in, it redirects me and says I need a new password, I get one, and then get redirected again, over and over. When I go in to that account directly form mail, it will only say I have a complaint in, and all I can do is go into my account and go to the "zen desk."
I was going to try calling them when I accidentally fell over this website: http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Urban_Dealight with numerous "1 star" ratings about this company. I also sent to Yelp in Austin Tx, put in Urgan Dealight and found multiple negative reports about deals bought rom this company that are connected with cleaning company.
