On Nov. 3, 2011, I ordered planter boxes from Urban Garden Solutions. They immediately charged my credit card $574.00. According to the order confirmation, my items would ship in 2-7 days.
On Dec.3. 2011, I e-mailed them to inquire about my order. I even tried to call them but only got to leave a message which was never returned. I got the one and only e-mail response from them  stating they had not received any notification from the "closed" manufacturer, but would let me know.
I contacted the BBB of Alaska, Oregon, and Western Washington. They tried to contact the company, but got no response and closed my file.
Today is Feb. 1, 2012. I've recently tried to call them but the voicemail was full. I've sent at least two e-mails requesting a refund. I've been completely ignored.

The items this customer ordered ships directly from manufacturer. Although we've had no issues in the past with this supplier, the company repeatedly reported this customer's order would be shipped on certain dates. It became apparent the supplier was having problems fulfilling orders and therefore we've severed our business relationship with them and are no longer carrying their products. The customer has received a full refund back to her original form of payment.
