They are to make me pay for a loan that I dont owe. Back in 10-28-1985 I signed up for truck driving school called country schools . I told them my driving license was suspended they told me to start taking the home study courses because they were free. They told me because both my parents were dead I would definitely qualify for a palgrant to pay back loan. The loan was 2,500 dollars plus they said I could use the palgrant check to pay off traffic fines so I could get my license before going to school.I lived in west,palm,beach florida the school was in bridgeport conn .I never went to the school because got any money to get my license or to get to school. I was just 21 years trying to better my self Iwas taking advantage of. My name is Vincent Hall sence 2-07-1986 they been sending me bills with Vincent Allen that is not my name and they know that. They could not use my name because my license was suspended how are going to sign a kid up for a truck driving school with no license.When I did not show up for that school they were was suspose to send that money back to the U.S.DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION . But a slaped another name on the loan and kept the the money. This was not fair.NOW every year the U.S.DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION takes my income tax check. I never took any money from them.
