Thanks for your input Jacob. However, from what I understand, When US Auto was in trouble, they closed and started a new company named Executive Auto. This is simply what I have found from others as I try and locate Shiela from US Auto Management. Now, I don't expect a company to make everyone happy, but I do expect a company to stand behind their garentees and not to shut down shop and skip town leaving their customers in the dark. I wish you luck with Executive Auto and hope, for your sake, that it is a different company or at the least they have learned from their previous broken contracts and this won't happen to you. Joseph, If you do find Stan or Shiela, could you PLEASE let the rest of us know where to look. Thank You

I went through the hell of US Auto too. I even got a chance to sue them for letting the people who drove my car drive too many miles. I won the case. However, they predictably skipped town. I have a judgement against Stan Nickle, owner of US Auto. If someone can tell me where they are, I will share my judgement with them.

For those that have reported about your experiences, it's important you know especially "Michael," or any others, US Auto Management is not Executive Auto Management. Sheila has nothing to do with Executive Auto, but was once a representative of US Auto. They are two SEPARATE companies. I know this information because I once had my vehicle with US Auto and had a horrible experience. Executive Auto helped me recover the vehicle, and their help really cleared matters up. I don't know what I would of done without Executive Auto's help. They seem very professional, and handle their customers much better than US Auto. The bottom line for me was I can't afford my car, but I didn't want a repossession to take place, so that's why I turned to this company. I took a chance and placed my car with Executive Auto, and haven't had a problem. It's been a year, and yes I am taking a chance, but I'd rather take this chance then have a repo on my credit. There's always two sides to the story. Being that US Auto and Executive Auto are in the business of customer service, I think we should remember that you can never make everyone happy, so there are always going to be problems.

I am going to be filing my own report on this company just as soon as I get done with this consumer update. I have had 2 of my vehicles with them since April and May of 2002. I will be happy to post a copy my "Payment Gaurentee Agreement" Please see my report for the whole story on my situation with US Auto (USAUTO) in Phoenix, Arizona.
