US grant department from Washington DC- first phone call from Elvin - 202 027 -6259ER-456---- for $8000.00 grant money- a foreign speaking female- her name was Lucy Howard 202 525 7889 picked by the government for a $8000.00 grant just provide a saving account and or routeing number to place this money into your account. lucy howard said ' new york and then washington DC Nationwide
called on my office phone regarding ' you have been randomly picked for a grant from the us tresury for $ 8000.00 ' .
asked for the caler his name; Elvin (heavy foreign accent). I asked a lot of questions and requested the money in a check to my phsycial address. the caller knew my name. He gave me another nurmber 20205257889 and then a code ER 456 grant.
i called an obtained a female person with a heavy accent; her name was Lucy Howard and from New York. I asked again for physcial address and she gave me washington dc . i asked her again about the two separate locations and she hung up.
15 minutes later a phone call from 469 646 4421 called. i did not answer and tried to return the call and no one picked up; the number disconnect its self.
