US Legal Network & RBC Law Center Believed to be Fraudulent New York New York
Was contacted by US Legal Network, must have obtained my number while I searched for mortgage modification help. They claim to be a free, volunteer service and educate you regarding fraudulent bank practices. They then referr you to a Law Center nearest you who can work on your behalf to get a loan modification or enter into a trial on your behalf, a Tort Law Suit. RBC was the Law Center I was referred to. After $5000.00, and over a year later, with nothing happening and answers to my questions being very vague, I requested a refund and to withdraw my case. This was met with a two week run around while a rep talked to colleagues, and then no communication at all. Neither US Legal Network, or RBC will return my calls. I have contacted the BBB, who received no response from RBC, and I contacated the Attorney General's office in NY, filed a complaint, and they have had no response from RBC. The Attorney General's office is submitting the complaint once again. I have also involved senators from my home state, and will involve Senators from NY. DO NOT Trust either of these sources. Please Beware.
