I too ordered from this company. I had previously ordered from another online pharmacy... many times in the past and have been very satisfied with my service to date. This time around however, their prices were about $20.00 higher. I decided to try US-Meds/NDA Pharmacy because at the time, they seemed pretty reasonable and decent. As usual, I read the disclaimer... the one that said "due to a nationwide shortage your order could take between 7-10 days to arrive."

I had no problem with this because ----- disclaimer read 5 days. I placed my order on 5/18/05 at 7:13 am and received an approval back on 5/18/05 at 8:35 am. I felt that this was odd because usually it takes at least a day or so to get an approval. Immediately I received an email from them stating that there was a shortage and how they were working "very hard" to process my order. Since then, I've emailed them several times and called many more only to be redirected to the website to "check the order status." Don't they think I've done that already? That's why I'm calling!!

I stumbled across ripoff report.com and was immediately horrified at all the reports filed. It was at this time that panic set in because I had just given this company $112.00 of my hard earned money. Money which I may NEVER see again. I was hestitant to file a report at first because like so many... I was holding on to some ray of hope that my order would come. I really don't understand how some people can get their orders and others do not. I'm not sure if I have any recourse because I paid with my debit card. Now, I'm very leary of ordering online again because it's really hard to tell who's legit and who's not.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THOUGH!!! THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!

FINALLY RECEIVED MY MEDS

I FINALLY received my phentermine order yesterday. It was filled by a completely different pharmacy located somewhere in Georgia. I've since called my bank to cancel my dispute. I don't like how this company conducts its business. If you don't have the product, you should not offer it... plain and simple! I'm just glad that I finally received my meds and I will never do business with this company again!!

Amazingly, I received a Fed Ex tracking # today. I find it coincidental though since this happened ONLY after I filed a dispute. It's a shame that one has to jump through hoops just to get what's rightfully theirs. One things for sure, I will NEVER do business with this company again!!

Hi, just wanted to let everyone know that I filed a debit card dispute with my bank today and they are in the process of crediting my account. They said that it should be back in my account by tomorrow night. Filing the dispute was really simple to do and my bank didn't give me any hassles at all. I'm now waiting for the bank to do their investigation. Oh, I also told them that I filed a report on ripoffreport.com. If you made a purchase with your debit card, there is something that you can do. Please call your bank and explain that you made a purchase online and that the merchandise was not delivered. Tell them that you want to file a debit card dispute. They may ask you a few questions so be as helpful as you can. I feel much better now knowing that I can get my money back.
