US Passport Online disguises its services as a government service. It also hides real cost of passport renewal. It charges non-refundable reservation fee but it does not reserve anything needed for passport renewal. It simply send you a checklist and customers have to submit the paperwork and fees to the government. Bottom line, they are not government agent and they do not provide passport renewal service, but they pretend they are renewing passport for us citizens. The charge of $129 is for a check list. I realized I made a mistake after they sent me a checklist and told me that is what I have to do to passport. That is a fraud.
