USA GRANTS INC. I paid $16,200.00 to USA Grants a year and half ago and they have not funded us and they keep lying to us saying they have companies to fund us but we never receive anything from the companies Las Vegas Nevada
My husband and I have a small forklift service company. We wanted to exspand so we decied to apply for a business grant. USA grants had called our company a few times so I decied to give they a call back. Everything went fine, we paid them $3,750.00 to start the search for companies to fund us and they found ten companies who were interested in funding us so they said, now I'm not so sure about that. They told us that we were awarded One Million Five hundred Thousand dollars. We knew that was to good to be true but we went only with everything they asked us to do, which one thing was to give them $12,500.00 dollars more for the filing fees and all the preparing the paper work for the IRS.
Now the reason why we did not think it was a scam because USA Grants was talking to me once or twice a week for 13 months and I still keep in touch with them. But they are not finding any one to fund us and they keep lying about different companies being interested in us. It is clear that they are stalling but I don't know if they are really having a hard time finding company because of the economy or they do not know how to go about finding grant money and they do not want to refund us our money.
I'm filling this complaint so that other companies will know about USA Grants and stand clear of them. I have a case open against USA Grants with the BBB of Las Vegas Nevada also and I will continue to file as many cases as I can against USA Grants until I can find someone to help us get our money back, because we can not afford to hire an Attorney to go after them.
