USAFIS Organization is an US company who applies on Government Site for Green Card lottery on behalf of all eligible international citizens who would like to live and work in USA. Their "services" are not free of charge, and depends on how many years you are applying for. The actual application on the government site is FREE of charge, and the only reason to apply for the Green Card Lottery through USAFIS Organization (http://www.usafis.org/) is that they "offer" Free airline ticket to winners to come to the USA. Their false advertising is on the table where it says about the "Free Airline Ticket" right on the home page since 2006 when I applied. There is an asterisk "*" right next to it however ONLY on the very bottom of the page you will find in very small letters written * Green Card Lottery winners will receive airline ticket1 for free, up to $500 value. Terms mentioned herein are limited to winners who registered through usafis.org and hired Usafis.org affiliated law firm to process their Green Card application. This site is for foreign citizens who might not know English very well, and could not understand what that asterisk might mean, but I consider it as a false advertising to make all applicants believe they will get a free airline ticket in case they win the Green Card. They even translated all what is written on the site in different languages, and when you select a certain language, anyway the terms about the free airline ticket on the very bottom it is written in English. This is how they trick to get their money. I consider this as hiding the MAIN term and condition when it comes to free airline ticket. On top of it, it says free airline ticket for all winners, but at the bottom again we see their trick where it says "ticket1" - which stands for "one ticket" - which is again not acceptable in case a young family composed of  2 members won it. If the main applicant won the Green Card - his spouse is automatically considered a winner as well. Anyway, again another trick: the cheaper airline ticket from Moldova to US one way in the low season when the tickets are most cheaper, the ticket is more than $700.00 USD. So here is where our false advertising is getting us to: Free airline ticket to winners to come to the USA* is equal to - Get a $500.00 USD if you hire our affiliated law firm to process your Green Card application once you've been selected. None from their advertising is real: 1) Winners dont get free airlines tickets at all even in money equivalent. 2) Actually only one ticket is advertised as being offered in case you won and it is ONE per main applicant not winners (winners are considered all members of the family if they were included in the Green Card application). 3) No ticket at all even if you win and hire their law firm to process your Green Card Application all is you can get is up to $500.00 USD which is not enough to purchase even the cheapest ticket.

I called their customer service and their Customer Service Representative (CSR) Alex Miller required emailing him a copy of my passport with my visa, to check if I am eligible for the free airline ticket, which I did - and he asked me to wait 1 or 2 weeks to be notified if they will send me a check in amount of $500.00 USD. - This is unacceptable. I didnt ask for the $500.00 check, I want airline tickets. They don't need my personal copy of the passport to check if I am eligible for the tickets. Today 2 weeks passed and I never got an answer - and this was just to make the time pass. I called today again and talked to Maya Williams. She was defending the company point of view, by always interrupting me, she was rude enough to don't even hear me, and she disrespected me as a customer by making me a fool that I emailed their CSR the copy of the passport and visa on HIS request. She said that I don't need to do what ever a CSR asks giving me an example "Imagine Alex Miller asked you to jump from the roof - would you jump?" - I am sorry, is this customer service or it is a joke? Are we playing in the playground? She also said that it is too expensive for USAFIS to translate the terms and conditions in other languages. When you select Russian language on the site and register, all whats on the site is written Russian language, but when it comes to agree the site terms and conditions, all those terms are in English how come? As far as I know Russian language became an official language in New York State this year, and the USAFIS office is located in New York State, New York City, and they have to have the terms and conditions in other languages. USAFIS had enough funds to translate all what is on the site in other languages except terms and conditions as it is too expensive. No, that is not true. They dont want to translate it in other languages, because they will lose their customers which apply through them. I assume that their CS doesnt meet any standards of customer service assistance. Maya Williams is also a liar as she lied she is being a manager when I asked for a manager, while she is actually a supervisor. My question is: IS THIS A REAL COMPANY, or it is just a terminal which collects money?

My main concern is: If they advertise free airline ticket for winners - to honour the free airline ticket for winners. If you don't offer free airline ticket - don't advertise it and don't lie to your applicants. I want USAFIS Organization to honour their advertising and offer the free airline tickets to me and my wife as we are Green Card winners.
