My problems started on February 9, 2005. I was ordering some diet pills, or so I thought. Turned out I was ordering a "service" to find cheaper drugs. I was not aware of this until after I submitted my "order". I immediately cancelled my subscription. I even verified later with an operator that my account was cancelled. I knew that 29.95 was gone. My fault I missed something, right?

Well, March 9, 2005 rolls around and guess what? My account is again debited for 29.95. I called the 800 number and was told to email pangea processing. They gave me the run around about I had to show I didn't recieve a benefit from thier services in order to get a refund. It took several emails and finally I had to get rude before they got it through their heads THEY illegally debited my account. This rocked on twice I emailed and the assured me my refund was coming.

Then in May when I inquired a 3rd time they tell me the bank is holding funds and I need to contact MY bank. I email and tell them I don't need to email my bank. Pangea processing took the money and they owe it to me. I told them the company had to pay employees and bills somehow so they could pay me my money. It's June and the still give the bank story and I'm still out the 29.95 they debited without consent.
