After speaking with USBI and TELLIS, and being a little less than cordial, I was finally able to have the fraudulant charges removed from my phone bill. I think when I threatened to report them the all the possible Federal Agencies I could think of and take legal actions, they finally decided to take charges off of my phone bill. I have not received on charge from them since then.

These new charges were posted on my bill despite of efforts by my phone company to place a third party billing block on my account! Who do these people think they are?!

I recently submitted a complaint on this sight about USBI. I read other complaints and received some good information. I reported this "company" to the FBI, Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission. I also tried to call this company at both phone numbers provided with no success in reaching a human being. I either get a busy signal or an automated line that gives me only one option to choose from (which is fishy to me) and then I get transferred to an operator where I am either left on hold for eternity or nobody picks up the line. Sometimes I get hung up on and other times I just get a voice message giving me the days of operation, but not the hours (also fishy), and no option to leave a message. I then attempted, twice to contact a customer service rep via their website. The first attemp was in a professional manner. I received a confirmation e-mail stating that I would get an answer within 3 business days. It was weeks before I was contacted via my e-mail. I was basically told that USBI could not do anything about the charges on my bill. I then, on my next phone bill, received more charges through USBI from One Call Comm (the first time was through Telliss). This charge was for a call placed to the UK for 2 minutes totalling $6.49. I then tried to contact this @#$% comapny via the phone with no success, once again. So I sent another request through their web site, this time not so professional. Once again, it has taken weeks for them to tell me that they will not assist me because I was unprofessional and used profanity! HA! What do they expect! So... WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT? If anybody has any suggestions, please post something below. Frustrated in Florida!
