I see there are even more rip-offs still happening but I am happy to report that after two months of correspondence I have finially gotten a letter from Telliss giving me credit for $136.53 of the entire $140.36 for the four calls to Sweden that appeared on my Feb. phone bill from SBC. I will not pretend that I did not use a stronger tone in my letters...not E-mail...to Telliss but if that (and a little logic) are what was needed to get this removed from my phone bill I was glad to do it. I am not happy at all that this even happened, however, I feel that I must give some credit to Telliss for taking all but the federal tax(I can live with $4.10)off of my local bill and for swollowing what may have been long and hard to do what was the right thing. NOW, I am not going out and signing up for Telliss as a long distance provider but,as I have said earlier, for at least two reasons I feel I must give credit where credit is due: 1)because however hard it was...they did the right thing and 2)I also promised in my letter to them that I would give them the choice of me writting a good or bad follow-up...And I am nothing, if not a man of my word.
