Scientologists have a policy called "fair game", in which they "attack" their critics with all available resources. Money is not an object in the "fair game" policy. It seems like they used that same tactic with their agent, cut-off his residual income, citing he/she violated the agent agreement therefore making it legal for them to STEAL his hard earned money.
All merchant service providers allow agents to sign accounts with different providers and ALOT of agents have different processors they go to. Now, scientology will deny the use of fair game, but ask any critic of scientology and they will tell you.
Fine print is their only weapon, read your contract carefully, preferably have a lawyer look it over. Because if merchant service providers would explain the contract PROPERLY and ETHICALLY, I doubt any merchant would sign it.
