Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Due to safety issue, I rushed to get a change of address online.  Unfortunately, I dealt with a PRIVATE company and not USPS.  The company charged me $30.95 to my debit card.  Once I was alerted via text by my bank account, I immediately was unsuccessful locating a contact or phone number to request reversal of services.

They are based out of San Francisco, CA, so if anyone experienced this as well and has additional information, it would be greatly appreciated.  Sadly now I have zero balance in my account, an overdraft charge and that much less money to move out of state!  Thank you scammers!  May you rot in hell!

I recently went online to complete a change of address for my daughter. I clicked the link that said USPS official site (same as the original person who complained). It was the first one that popped up after I googled change of address. I have had several changes in the last couple of years due to transferring/moving through USPS online and never had any issues, it was always 1.00 and on my way.

This transaction was different in that I was charged 29.95 on Sept. 8 2013 and when I saw the charges I was very skeptical and upset but didnt have time to deal with the bank on Sept 9 2013. Then on Sept 11 out of no where there was a charge in Katy, TX at a Chevron for 125.00. I cannot help but wonder if the 2 are related because this comes from an account that I am not currently using since we moved from North Carolina to Oklahom.  so the only charges have been the change of address and this one.

I called the bank and they adjusted the 125.00 but they will not adjust the charge from this website. They told me it is a 3rd party charge and that I would have to call for a refund. So they gave me the number that was supposedly associated with this group and when I called I was told that they didn't charge my account and that their fee is only 19.95 not 29.95. They also looked in their history to confirm that they hadn't had any recent inquiries in my daughters name in that last week. They confirmed, they had not.

So now, Im stuck with a $30 fee that I can't seem to get back and having to wait till this all over before I can close this non needed accout and the bank refuses to reimburse me for a scam, not to mention, one that I would have to say took my credit card information and felt the need to use it freely as if they were me especially considering I have no way of getting ahold of these people to even attempt to see if they are legit. My guess is no they are not ligit.  The bank has creating me so much grief with all this that I will be moving all my business elsewhere too.

My suggestion do not click the first link that you google if you need to change your address.

Thanks,
