On this date May 29,2015 My colleague entered the local UPS hub to retirieve her package. She was told her package was on a truck. THe driver was contacted. Driver stated he had 20 more stops to make - local hub instructed her to: " GO Home , wait for her delivery"
The trip from the hub to her home consisted of elasped time between 5 and 6 1/2 minutes drivng time.-- UPON her arrival there was - AN ..ATTEMPTED DELIVERY NOTICE.
This makes this wirter think:
1.Either those 20 stops were fictious, -
2. THE dirver had already left the notice.
3. THe driver- is bucking for overrtime.
4. THE DRIVER LIED.
Now this package for delivery is a phone:
The colleague, being without a phone - procceded to my home to borrow my phone to contact customer service for UPS .. phone number: 800-742-5877
tracking number for MISSING PACKAGE: 9370 9549 7911
ON BOTH, HER CALL, AND MY OWN : The script that the NON-sevice personnell read : " OH SO SORRY , YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY ON MONDAY. NOTHING WE CAN DO- SO SORRY" -
Logic illustrates;,The Driver IS STILL MAKING THOSE SUPPOSED 20 STOPS, IS STILL OUT WITH THE PACKAE
WHAT THE HELL!??
if the driver is still out he, or she should have been contacted an additional time!! and sent BACK to customer's address FOR THE DELIVERY!..
SADLY PEOPLE: THIS IS PAR FOR MOST EVERY COMPANY THESE DAYS. AND THIS WRITER THINKS IT IS A BASKET FULL OF B.S. !
